  • 2018 Highways Awards – two awards for contracting division for a productive and efficient collaboration with Highways England (HE) and two contract partners. One was for highways maintenance efficiency and the other was a judges’ special merit award for overcoming “traditional barriers to deliver real efficiencies.”
  • Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents - gold award for contracting division for the 26th consecutive year and an order of distinction to recognise this achievement.
  • Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme – gold standard for the entire Hanson UK fleet.
  • Mineral Products Association – special award for Safer by Sharing, recognising the company’s work to provide opportunities for others to learn by chairing working groups, sharing safety alerts and developing supporting materials on key health and safety topics.
